Specialist psycho-oncologist. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and psychooncology in clinical practice from the Cllegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University. She is undergoing comprehensive training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, accredited by PTPPB. She is a member of the Polish Psycho-oncology Society, the Polish Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Society and the Polish Medical Communication Society. She also completed an internship at St. Christopher’s Oncology Hospice. For the past five years, she has been working as a psycho-oncologist at the Department of Hematology, Transplantation and Internal Medicine and the UCK Department of Oncology at the Medical University of Warsaw. As part of her training in hematology, she teaches students about communication with patients. On a daily basis, she also works with the Rocket Oncology Foundation, where she provides one-on-one consultations for patients and their loved ones, as well as with the Rak’n’Roll Foundation by running a support group for people in remission of the disease. She has experience working with oncology patients and chronic patients at all stages of the disease. She is particularly interested in the psychological aspects of working with patients undergoing hematopoietic cell transplantation and CAR T-Cell therapy and the impact of nature and music on mental health. She approaches each patient individually with empathy and authenticity. At HiperMedica she deals with:

• cancer patients and their relatives,
• persons with depressed mood,
• people with depression and anxiety disorders.
